Cancellations and Rescheduling Lessons

 

At least 24 hours notice prior to lesson will be given by student/parent should a cancellation be necessary. A make-up lesson may be scheduled at my discretion. No student will have more than two last minute cancellations/rescheduled lessons in a six month period.

 

At least 24 hours notice will be given should I need to cancel a lesson. I will make every effort to schedule a make-up lesson.

 

Exceptions to the 24 hour notice policy may be made on a case by case basis; Family emergencies, car accidents, weather, sudden illness, and loss of limb are reasonable exceptions.

 

Excessive cancellations and/or lack of sufficient notice will be grounds for ejection from the studio.
